What happens to shared information?
Records shared with a group may remain available to other group members. Account deletion does not remove copies you saved to your device or personal Google Drive.

Delete your Actify account
You can request deletion of your Actify account and associated account data without signing in to the app.
Send a deletion request
Email us from the address linked to your Actify account. If you cannot access it, tell us how we can verify that you own the account.

This opens your email app. Your request is sent only after you review and send the message. Do not include your password or sign-in codes. We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Subscriptions and in-app requests
Google Play subscriptions are managed separately and are not canceled by an account deletion request. Cancel them in Google Play. If available in your app version, you can also start a request in Actify under More → Data & Privacy → Delete Account.
